Erin is a communicator and experience curator driven by her curiosity about the stories of people. In addition to directing DPF, she works in communications and fundraising with People in Education, an arts and education project of Allied Media Projects. Erin also produces audio stories and co-curates the listening event series Radio Campfire. With spare time, she teaches yoga in Detroit and dances her heart out at music festivals.

Ashleigh Dandridge, founder of Ashleigh Creative LLC, is a public relations strategist, specializing in media relations and social media management for entrepreneurs and small businesses in various creative industries. With a passion for research, she values building partnerships with her clients to help creatives authentically tell their stories through innovative digital marketing and PR campaigns.
Danielle R. Harris is the Founder of D.R.Harris Consulting, a marketing consulting firm dedicated to enhancing businesses founded by women and people of color. Harris has ten years of experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans for non-profit organizations and small businesses. Harris earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Marketing from Walsh College and a BA in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
Juliet Hinely produces and sound designs audio stories for podcasts, audio tours, narrative projects, live events and beyond. She is a co-founder and co-curator of the community listening event series Radio Campfire, and she founded and hosts the The Listen Inn, an audio and podcast artist residency in Ypsilanti.

Joy is a cultural content curator in Detroit. She developed the idea for a podcast festival to provide podcasters and storytellers in the city a way to amplify their voices and monetize their talent. She is an avid storyteller, activist, mother and educator who is working to take her technique to the courtroom. Joy is taking a hiatus from DPF to pursue a JD at U of D Mercy, but continues to advise the team.
